2010 PHMA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TO ALL PHMA MEMBERS:
The Annual General Meeting of the Pacific Halibut Management Association of BC will be held at the Best Western Dorchester Hotel, 70 Church Street, in the City of Nanaimo, BC at 10:00 am on Monday, February 8, 2010.
Registration will begin at 8:30 am. Please arrive early for registration so the meeting can begin on time. The meeting is scheduled to run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Consistent with Section 2.1 of our Bylaws, the PHMA 2010 annual membership dues will be determined at the AGM. The PHMA Directors have proposed the 2010 annual membership dues be a $200 flat fee plus $0.07 per pound of commercial halibut individual vessel quota permanently attached to the PHMA member's halibut fishing vessel(s). This does not include applicable government taxes. The deadline for these dues to be paid will be December 31, 2010.If you would like a copy of the notice of meeting or have any questions, please contact the PHMA office.
